About us

How SENSO is different

SENSO is a collective of experienced, well-informed communications specialists who take direct responsibility for both strategy and implementation and who balance creativity with intellectual rigour and common sense. Our clients can rely on us both to generate ideas and to take a managerial load off their shoulders as we put plans into action and achieve results.

The SENSO team believes in getting the best out of everybody’s time and energy – the client’s, the target audience’s and our own. We are accustomed to dealing with complex issues, which is precisely why we avoid making complications: our focus remains firmly on the themes and opportunities most relevant to our clients’ success. We also believe that true eloquence lies in economy of expression.

How we work

Working on a sound basis of knowledge and discipline, the SENSO team brings campaigns and programmes alive across a multiplicity of vehicles and media.

We start each project with a thorough analysis of the matter in hand, defining strategies, tactics and target audiences. We then agree a firm brief, with clear, realistic objectives, and establish an essential set of messages, designed to remain consistent and coherent in every context. Our campaigns capture the attention of the people who matter by building both logically and creatively on this rational foundation.

Implementation is as important to us as strategy. We are scrupulous about project plans, deadlines and reporting. Our experience – gained in diverse sectors with organisations such as highly regulated corporates, respected professional associations and entrepreneurial start-ups – has taught us how to adapt to each client’s culture and processes. When it comes to measuring our success, we apply the only yardstick that matters – the results we achieve for our clients.
